Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Accounting - Nordics to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our statutory financial reporting. This role offers strong exposure to local GAAP reporting, tax compliance, audits, and cross-border collaboration, making it ideal for a hands-on senior accountant who enjoys ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced international environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience in statutory accounting, audit, or similar environments
- Solid understanding of Local GAAP and statutory requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
- Fluent English; Swedish or Danish is strongly preferred
