Requirements
- Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partners to support People Management processes
- Assist in daily HR activities, including 1:1 employee interviews, report updates, disciplinary procedures, and designing presentations
- Manage the training process, ensuring the effective delivery of safety, technical upskilling, and organizational awareness programs
- Support Business Leaders managing HR reporting, workforce planning, team communication and well-being surveys
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and oversee the onboarding process for new hires
- Contribute to People Development initiatives to promote company values and foster employee growth
- Coordinate and manage internship programs across different Business Units
- Maintain and update organizational charts
