Job Description
LensCrafters is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and contribute to the overall success of the company. This role is vital in representing LensCrafters as the premier destination for vision needs within the community and ensuring key performance metrics, like sales, growth, and customer retention. The position requires a strong understanding of retail operations and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Current & valid state Opticianry license
- 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience with direct reports
- Knowledge of retail operations & processes
- Strong basic math skills
- Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators
