Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Assistant Manager for our LensCrafters store in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate will have a current and valid state Opticianry license, 1+ year of management/supervisory experience, and strong basic math skills. They will be responsible for delivering quality and improvement to meet or exceed all key performance indicators, supporting the store manager, and providing training and guidance to team members.
Requirements
- Current and valid state Opticianry license
- 1+ year of management/supervisory experience with direct reports
- Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies
- Strong basic math skills
- Familiarity with cash register, computers, and calculators
- Strong command of the English language for all written correspondence and oral communication
- Strong communicator and listener
- Demonstrated high-level of selling skills
- Proven ability to problem solve
