Operational Excellence Manager role at EssilorLuxottica, driving execution consistency across all retail brands in NSW and ACT. Partner with senior field leadership to embed operational priorities and elevate store performance outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in multi-site retail operations, regional leadership or operational excellence roles within large-scale environments
- Proven ability to influence both store teams and senior field leaders to drive results through partnership and execution discipline
- A track record of lifting operational consistency, capability and performance across a store network
- Highly developed coaching, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong commercial and operational acumen, with the ability to translate insight into action
- Confidence operating autonomously in a field role with extensive travel and high accountability
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset and passion for continuous improvement
