Operational Excellence Manager - QLD/NT

We are recruiting an Operational Excellence Manager to act as the state lead for execution and performance uplift across our QLD/NT retail network. This is a field-based leadership role where you will partner closely with Regional Managers, State Directors and Store Leaders to strengthen operational discipline, enable consistent execution and remove barriers impacting store performance across all EssilorLuxottica retail brands.

Requirements

• Strong experience in multi-site retail operations, regional leadership or operational excellence roles within large-scale environments
• Proven ability to influence both store teams and senior field leaders to drive results through partnership and execution discipline
• A track record of lifting operational consistency, capability and performance across a store network
• Highly developed coaching, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong commercial and operational acumen, with the ability to translate insight into action
• Confidence operating autonomously in a field role with extensive travel and high accountability
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset and passion for continuous improvement
