Job Description
The Operations Implementation Manager is responsible to support development and lead strategies and initiatives focused on improving onboarding experiences before, during and after sites' transition/integration to drive immediate operational/process execution to ultimately improve top line growth and bottom-line operating income savings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of related experience (initiative execution and onboarding, integration, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare clinics and/or eyecare retail environment
- Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation skills
- Ability to influence/negotiate at various levels in the business
- Able to create communications and disseminate for readers to understand and act upon
- Able to work in ambiguity using critical thinking to provide innovative solutions
- Ability to travel approximately 50-75% of the time
