Job Description
The Operations Implementation Manager will support development and lead strategies to improve onboarding experiences and drive operational excellence. This role will be responsible for delivering operational implementation and onboarding strategies, managing operational execution, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance the patient experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of related experience in initiative execution and onboarding, integration, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare clinics and/or eyecare retail environment
- Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence/negotiate at various levels in the business
- Able to work in ambiguity using critical thinking to provide innovative solutions
- Ability to travel approximately 50-75% of the time
