Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for improving business functions within our eyecare clinics, supporting day-to-day operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement to top line growth and bottom-line profit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of operations experience (program development and deployment, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare clinics and/or optical retail environments
