The Process Engineer will support, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes to drive operational excellence, quality performance, efficiency, and compliance. This role will work cross-functionally with operations and global engineering teams to ensure sustainable process performance and successful implementation of new products and technologies.
Requirements
- Analyze, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, cost, and efficiency.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process deviations and quality issues.
- Support industrialization of new products, product transfers, scale-ups, and process validation activities in alignment with global engineering standards.
- Develop and maintain process documentation including work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control methodologies.
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to ensure equipment capability and uptime.
- Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical training and process guidance to production teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across EssilorLuxottica global operations to align best practices and transfer knowledge.
