The Process Engineer will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes. This role contributes to operational excellence by driving process stability, quality performance, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering, Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronic
- Advanced English
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
- Basic knowledge of electromechanical control (contactors, sensors) and frequency inverters.
- Knowledge of automation and industrial process control.
- Search for targets for performance, scrap, cost and efficiency indicators.
- Understanding of the principles of Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software (MINI TAB).
