Job Description
We are looking for a Production Engineer to manage a highly complex and automated Manufacturing Department, assuring volumes and excellent quality standards. The role involves managing efficiency, quality, and OEE KPIs, production programming, and training and development of direct team members.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Engineering
- At least 2-3 years of experience
- Previous experience of responsibility is appreciated
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma)
- Strong managerial skills
- Problem solving attitude
- Good relationship skills
