Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of management experience in plastic injection molding, moldmaking, and toolmaking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience managing Budget
