Job Description
The Engine Development Project Coordinator / Technician supports the execution of multiple concurrent engineering and manufacturing development projects. This role is structured as a 50/50 administrative and hands-on technical position.
Requirements
- Maintain and update project schedules for multiple concurrent development and manufacturing initiatives.
- Track task completion status, milestone progress, and budget vs. actual expenditures.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including obtaining vendor quotes, placing purchase requests, and tracking material lead times.
- Assist in planning and organizing labor and material resources required to meet project timelines.
- Prepare periodic project status summaries and provide updates to department leadership.
- Participate directly in fabrication, assembly, and installation of equipment and infrastructure.
- Support equipment commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting prior to production release.
- Assist with field trials, data collection, and documentation of test results.
- Maintain organized project documentation, drawings, and technical records.
