Intern – People Analytics & AI (HR Data Systems)

We are seeking a data-driven and analytically curious intern to help modernize and automate our HR data infrastructure, building foundational analytics and reporting systems to support executive decision-making, workforce planning, and organizational strategy.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)
• Experience working with structured datasets
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools preferred
• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python preferred
• Experience working with APIs or automated workflows is a plus
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools for workflow automation
