Intern – HR Data Analytics (m/f/d)

As a People Analytics Intern, you will support our Senior People Analyst in improving the HR data foundation, delivering high quality reporting, and helping Global HR Department make better data driven decisions.

Requirements

• Enrolled student, or recent graduate, in a Bachelor's/Master's program in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar
• Strong SQL fundamentals and ability to work with datasets logically and precisely
• Comfortable working with numbers and structured data; experience with Python and dbt is a strong plus
• Curious about HR processes and how data can improve end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Strong communication skills to explain logic and collaborate with stakeholders
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn modern data tools (Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, Python)
