Job Description
The Platform Core and Security Senior Manager role is responsible for leading and evolving the Core/Security Platform engineering function, while strengthening the security posture across the ESW cloud ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in backend, platform, or cloud engineering.
- 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
- Proven experience operating and scaling cloud-native platforms.
- Experience leading security initiatives in cloud environments.
- Strong background in.NET backend systems.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, Cosmos DB, Azure Monitor).
- Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Strong understanding of containers, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD.
- Solid knowledge of cloud security best practices.
- Experience with IAM, network security, encryption, and vulnerability management.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles.
