Job Description
The Performance Technician role is a full-time, hands-on position responsible for administering performance testing batteries within a sports science facility. This role supports performance assessments used by medical and performance teams, requiring direct engagement with athletes to guide them through tests in a clear, engaging, and goal-oriented manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching, customer service, sports science, and exercise physiology, with a deep appreciation for holistic health and wellness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science, or similar
- Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Clinical Exercise Physiologist, or similar
- 2+ years of experience as a Sports Scientist, Sports Performance Coach, or Personal Trainer, using data to drive clinical/performance decision making
- 2+ years of experience in a customer relationship role
