Job Description
The Performance Technician role is a full-time, hands-on position responsible for administering performance testing batteries within a sports science facility. This role supports human performance assessment, providing key metrics for medical and performance teams. It involves direct engagement with athletes, guiding them through sport-specific tests and creating an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching, customer service, sports science, and exercise physiology.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Kinesiology/Exercise Science, or similar
- Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Clinical Exercise Physiologist, or similar
