Job Description
Join Etex as a Preventative Maintenance Electrical Engineer in Bristol and take the lead in reliability improvements and sustainability. Ensure the reliability of electrical systems, plan and deliver maintenance tasks, and contribute to regular shutdowns. The successful candidate will have experience with CMMS systems, Microsoft Office, and electrical systems, and will be responsible for reporting directly to the senior electrical engineer.
Requirements
- Experience working with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, E-Maint)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams
- Hands-on experience with PLC & VSD systems/equipment (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
- Previous experience within an FMCG maintenance department
- Involvement in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- PLC qualifications (desirable)
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across various departments
- Solid process knowledge
- Degree-level qualification preferred (engineering, electrical, or a combination of mechanical and electrical) / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
