Growth Lead: Performance Marketing

Ether.fi is seeking a Growth Lead to drive user acquisition and market dominance through performance marketing and data-driven strategies. This role involves leveraging paid acquisition channels, growth hacking techniques, and social media management to scale the user base and market share in the DeFi and crypto credit card space.

Requirements

• Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Twitter/X Promoted Posts) and organic socials (Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
• Manage social media accounts end-to-end, including creating content calendars and producing high-engagement posts
• Analyze real-time data from DeFi metrics and ad platforms to iterate on strategies
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build and test growth experiments
• Run targeted paid ads with a focus on segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools
