Growth Lead

We're looking for a Growth Lead to drive partner success and ecosystem expansion for Ondo Global Markets and other Ondo products. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on execution to scale Ondo's footprint across new chains, wallets, and exchanges.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth and marketing within crypto, fintech, or DeFi.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain complex tokenized asset concepts simply.
• Solid understanding of onchain data, KPIs, and performance analytics to inform strategy.
• Comfortable navigating regulatory and compliance considerations (e.g., Reg S boundaries, geo-fencing, and partner eligibility).
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities; comfortable leading multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, tokenized assets, or RWA products is essential.
