Head of Business Operations

Ondo Finance is hiring a Head of Business Operations to own how the company runs day to day and quarter to quarter. This person will design and evolve the operating system of the company, driving strategic alignment, cross-functional execution, and analytical rigor as we scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, or a similar function
• Experience in high-growth or scaling startups
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and driving change without relying on formal authority
• High analytical rigor and comfort working with data
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, set structure where needed, and balance architecture with hands-on execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to drive clarity and alignment across functions
• High integrity, ownership mindset, and alignment with Ondo’s long-term mission
