Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of Veterinary Customer Service or Hospitality Experience
• Basic knowledge of veterinary environment, terminology, and protocols
• Proficient in using computer and phone technology to manage appointments, records, and client communications
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus
