Job Description
We are looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team at Pet Emergency & Referral Center. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of veterinary customer service or hospitality experience, with a focus on exceptional customer service and ability to promote effective communication between teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Veterinary Customer Service or Hospitality Experience
- Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and transactions
- Ability to promote effective communication between the CSR team, doctors and technical staff
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus
- Ability to be flexible and adjust to a consistently changing environment
