Job Description
Ethos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Index Universal Life (IUL) Sales Specialist to guide customers through the IUL insurance buying process. The role focuses on education, building trust, and exceeding monthly and quarterly conversion targets. Ethos is a rapidly scaling life insurance company with a technology-driven, customer-centric approach.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in life insurance telesales
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent sales/CRM software
- Strong sales track record
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
