We’re looking for a Global Payroll Manager to build the payroll engine that powers Eucalyptus's next phase of global growth.

Requirements

6+ years of progressive experience in global payroll and compensation management, with exposure to multiple countries and employment models.
Demonstrated experience managing payroll operations across multiple geographies, including Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, Philippines, and South Africa.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
Deep understanding of international payroll compliance, employment tax, and statutory benefits.
Experience working with EOR providers and understanding of employment models across multiple jurisdictions.
Proficiency with payroll platforms and systems (Deel, Employment Hero), HRIS platforms (e.g. BambooHR), and Excel.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a process-oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and cultures.
