We’re looking for a Global Payroll Manager to build the payroll engine that powers Eucalyptus's next phase of global growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in global payroll and compensation management, with exposure to multiple countries and employment models.
- Demonstrated experience managing payroll operations across multiple geographies, including Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, Philippines, and South Africa.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
- Deep understanding of international payroll compliance, employment tax, and statutory benefits.
- Experience working with EOR providers and understanding of employment models across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proficiency with payroll platforms and systems (Deel, Employment Hero), HRIS platforms (e.g. BambooHR), and Excel.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a process-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and cultures.
