Eucalyptus is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to build the payroll engine that powers the company's next phase of global growth. This is a senior, high-ownership role that will lead a team of 4 direct reports and work cross-functionally with Finance, People, Legal, and external partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in global payroll and compensation management
- Demonstrated experience managing payroll operations across multiple geographies
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
- Deep understanding of international payroll compliance, employment tax, and statutory benefits
- Experience working with EOR providers and understanding of employment models across multiple jurisdictions
- Proficiency with payroll platforms and systems, HRIS platforms, and Excel
