Job Description
Eucalyptus is seeking a Patient Operations Lead for Japan to build and scale a safe, high-quality, and compliant clinical operation. The role will lead the development of a scalable prescriber workforce, establish strong clinical governance frameworks, and act as the primary clinical representative for the Japan market.
Requirements
- Licensed healthcare professional in Japan
- Strong understanding of the Japanese healthcare system, regulations, and prescribing practices
- Experience in clinical operations, digital health, or healthcare strategy
- Proven ability to build and scale teams or processes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Japanese (native level) and comfortable working in English
