(Senior) Operations Associate, Prescriber Operations

We are looking for a (Senior) Operations Associate to build and scale the operational engine behind our prescriber network in Germany. The role will involve owning prescriber capacity planning, tracking and improving operational performance, and overseeing day-to-day prescriber operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a high-growth startup environment
• Strong problem-solving ability and data analysis skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive accountability
• Ownership-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
