Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist - SaaS to assist users of our platform, accompany clients in using our services, and develop a digital strategy to optimize their performance.
Requirements
- Perfect mastery of French in writing and speaking, as well as English (C2 level)
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales
- Good knowledge of basic commercial techniques
- Comfortable with computer and digital tools
- Excellent organizational capacity
