(Français/Espagnol) Commercial BtoB en solution digital (H/F)

We are seeking a BtoB Commercial in Digital Solution to join our Customer Service team in Lisbon, Portugal. As an Inside Sales person, you will manage customer service leads, guide clients in understanding solutions, and facilitate sales until closing.

Requirements

• Sales training, Bachelor's degree minimum
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in computer tools and communication channels
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of the sales cycle and negotiation techniques
• Consultative sales techniques familiarity
• Knowledge of office software and CRM tools (Hubspot, Aircall, and Intercom would be an asset)
• Proficiency in French and Spanish (English would be an asset)
