We are seeking a Query Management & Case Administration Officer to join our Courts and Tribunal Service Centres. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for users of our court services, assisting with queries and supporting applications. The role requires good communication skills, organisational abilities, and strong emotional intelligence.
Requirements
- Ability to guide customers in a professional and friendly manner using digital channels
- Good command of the English language and ability to explain complex information in simple terms
- Good organisational and time management skills
