As a Senior Customer Process Excellence Manager, you will lead the continuous improvement of customer processes and customer experience at Eurofiber. You will work with various departments to identify improvement opportunities and guide successful implementations, ensuring an organization that excels in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Higher education work and thinking level (business, change management, organization, or comparable)
- At least 7 years of experience with chain processes, process innovation, customer experience, training/coaching, and continuous improvement
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role (such as chain manager, Lean consultant, Improvement Manager)
- Knowledge of Business Process Management, eTOM, LEAN, or a comparable framework
- Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to empower others
- An entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset
