Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
