Corporate Development Associate

Corporate Development Associate role at Eurofins Scientific, an international life sciences company. The Associate will manage a complete pipeline of M&A targets in the US, generating $10MM to $50MM new revenues annually. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in corporate development, transaction advisory, investment banking, or private equity.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
• Outstanding technical / conceptual understanding of finance & valuations
• Minimum 4-6 years of M&A experience in Audit (big 4) / Consulting, M&A (industry or boutique), Investment Banking or Private Equity
