Senior Business Analyst

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with APIs, web-based applications, and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modelling.
• Good grasp of system design principles.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, with proven experience breaking down complex problems, shaping epics, and working closely with Product Managers to prioritise work based on business impact.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Ability to create clear, high-quality documentation and artefacts that help teams and stakeholders understand requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, handle ambiguity, and balance competing stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working with data engineering teams, including defining logic in SQL stored procedures and supporting reporting in web-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
