Job Description
As a customer advisor, you will be part of an international team and the first point of contact for customers in Munich. You can perform the activity through our hybrid working model after a probation period partly from home.
Your Tasks:
- Independent organization and coordination of assistance for our customers, which can occur in connection with a travel insurance policy (e.g. reporting of damages, coordination of medical services abroad or return of insured persons)
- Individual telephone advice and care of our customers around a case of damage in- and/or abroad
- Responsibility for email and telephone correspondence with customers and insurers, service providers and partners for clarification and processing of cases
What You Bring:
- Experience in customer service is helpful, but not a prerequisite, as we also give ambitious newcomers - such as from the hotel industry, tourism, healthcare or foreign language correspondents, call center agents - and beginners a chance
- Your customer orientation and solution-oriented approach set you apart, because you know what matters in service
- You are an outstanding communication talent and a reliable team player with an organized and meticulous working method
- Good verbal and written German and English skills and solid MS Office skills; further foreign languages are very welcome
Your Requirements:
- Flexibility and the willingness to work on the basis of a 5-day week in shift service (24/7, night shifts and weekends and holidays)
- Availability for shifts after 20 p.m. as well as on Sundays and holidays
