Your Job Areas

You will be intensively prepared in your onboarding period to be able to answer all content-related questions from customers around our cooperation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily customer support via email and phone.
• Intensive one-on-one conversations with our existing customers.
• Preparation and/or implementation of strategy meetings with our customers.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training is desirable, but not required.
• Fast learning ability, a high level of discipline, creativity, and initiative.
• Professional and secure appearance, as well as no shyness in front of the camera or phone.
• Fluent German in form and language.
• Fast familiarization with existing processes.
• Previous knowledge in the areas of online marketing, e-commerce, etc. is advantageous.
• Good handling of pressure to perform.
• Good team skills and communication willingness.
