You will be intensively prepared in your induction phase to answer all questions from potential customers and advise them strategically.
Completed vocational training is desirable but not required.
Fast learning ability, high level of discipline, creativity and self-initiative.
Secure and professional German in form and language.
Quick familiarization with existing processes.
Knowledge in the areas of sales, online marketing, e-commerce, etc. are advantageous but not necessary.
Good handling of pressure to perform.
Good team skills and communication skills.
A professional and secure appearance, as well as no shyness in telephone conversations.
