Requirements for the position

Completed vocational training is desirable, but not necessary. Fast learning ability, a high level of discipline, creativity, and self-initiative. Secure and correct German language skills. Quick familiarization with existing processes. Prior knowledge in the areas of online marketing, e-commerce, etc. is beneficial, but not necessary. Good dealing with performance pressure. Good team skills and communication willingness. Very good analytical skills and high affinity for numbers and data.
