Your car won't start or the engine fails during a drive?

In such cases, you will be our customers' first point of contact as a customer service representative at our two locations in Munich or Rostock. This is a job without sales activities.

Your Tasks:

• Taking and resolving customer complaints by phone, which are related to a motor vehicle, home, or family insurance.
• Organizing and coordinating first aid measures for our international customers, for example, car breakdown assistance, accident, and towing assistance.
• Responsibility for email and telephone correspondence with insurance companies, service providers, and partners to clarify and process matters, including invoicing.

What You Bring

• Experiences in customer service (telephone) are helpful but not a requirement, as we also offer opportunities for enthusiastic career changers - from the hotel industry, tourism, automotive, or language correspondence, call center agents, and job starters.
• You enjoy telephone customer service.
• You know what outstanding customer service means and are there for your customers every day.
• You are a reliable team player with an organized and meticulous work style.
• Ideally, you have some experience in invoicing and damage regulation.
• Good verbal and written German language skills and advanced English language skills complete your profile.

Your wishes will be taken into account in a balanced shift planning.

For your work after 8 PM and on Sundays and holidays, you will receive lucrative tax-free and social security-free shift allowances.

What you can expect contractually?

• An unlimited employment contract with a weekly working time between 30-40 hours per week is possible, as it suits your personal circumstances.
• In addition, as a customer service representative, you will receive a welcome bonus of 3,000 euros gross (after 6 months) and various monthly and annual bonuses.
• You will also receive your shift allowances tax-free on top.

Through our wish planning, you can actively co-design your shift planning (fulfillment rate: 80%). You will also receive your shift plans about 4 weeks in advance, so you can plan your free time.
