In such cases, you will be our customers' first point of contact as a customer service representative at our two locations in Munich or Rostock. This is a job without sales activities.

Therefore, we always start with an onboarding event, where you and your new colleagues can get to know each other across departments. After that, it goes on in your department - with a several-week-long, individual training on our products and services. Our coaches and internal trainers are also at your side to prepare you optimally for your job.
We grow in every way and, of course, want you to grow with us. We support you through our digital learning platform and specific further training around your job.
What you can expect contractually?
Possible with us!
Through our wish planning, you can actively co-design your shift planning (fulfillment rate: 80%). You will also receive your shift plans about 4 weeks in advance, so you can plan your free time.
Where we're just talking about framework conditions - with us, you can look forward to 30 days of holiday time with a 5-day week.
Working from home is also possible with us! For this, you will, of course, receive all the necessary technical work equipment from us. And the best part: we subsidize your smart working after the probationary period with a one-year allowance.
And good news for all cyclists too: With our Job Bike offer, we support you in getting to our office quickly and sustainably (after successful probationary period).
