Pastry Sous Chef/Baker

Eusebi's is an award-winning restaurant, deli, and offsite bakery in Glasgow's West End. We're looking for an experienced baker to join our team in our offsite bakery, producing all our desserts and sourdough focaccia for our award-winning restaurant and deli.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in baking
• Excellent baking skills
• Knowledge of dough and shaping
• Proven supervisory skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Physical stamina to carry out work
