They are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of 8-10 Account Executives responsible for driving team performance and scaling the sales process. The role requires a strong leader capable of managing teams, developing sales talent, and achieving aggressive quota goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years directly managing B2B SaaS sales teams of 5+ people
- Quota Achievement: Consistent history of team quota attainment and overachievement
- Hiring Track Record: Proven ability to identify, attract, and successfully onboard top sales talent
- Remote Leadership: Demonstrated success managing distributed teams and building strong remote culture
- Results-Obsessed: Track record of driving team performance through coaching, process optimization, and strategic territory management
