Job Description
Eventide at Prairie Commons in Grand Island, NE is seeking a full time MDS Coordinator, RN to oversee all quality and infection prevention programs, and provide MDS coordination, employee health, and risk management activities.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an approved Registered Nurse education program
- Current Certificate in CPR/BLS
- CPR Instructor certification
- NE RN License
- Current good standing in all states in which you have ever been licensed as a nurse in the U.S.
