Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience across recruiting, HR, or People leadership
- Experience building People functions at high-growth startups (Series A+ preferred)
- Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent across technical and operational roles
- Strong business acumen — you understand how people strategy drives company outcomes
- Trusted advisor to founders and executives
- High ownership mindset with strong execution ability
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building systems from zero
- Exceptional communication, judgment, and emotional intelligence
