Job Description
We're building the future of AI companionship, and we're looking for a Mid Performance Marketer to join our team. As a Mid Performance Marketer, you'll work closely with our CMO to own the performance of at least one paid acquisition channel, from campaign setup to optimization, and actively contribute ideas to improve performance. You'll have autonomy in day-to-day execution, with guidance and feedback from senior leadership.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in performance marketing or user acquisition
- Proven track record managing $100k+/month in paid media spend with measurable CAC/ROAS results
- Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization
- Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms
- Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards
- Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast
- Comfortable with NSFW content and running campaigns on adult networks
