EverAI is a leading AI company building the future of AI companionship. We're scaling rapidly and seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying, attracting, and landing top global talent, and helping build a recruitment stack to match our scale and ambition.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
- At least 2 years in tech recruitment
- Global sourcing experience
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong communication & collaborative skills
- Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
- Doer mindset
- Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback
- Comfortable hiring for products that are based on uncensored models and content
