Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Remote - Poland)

EverAI is a top 15 largest and fastest-growing AI company, shaping the future of AI companionship. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us reach 100M users and 500M beyond. This is a remote job opportunity in Poland, with a strong focus on tech talent and global recruitment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
