EverAI is a leading AI company building a platform for personalized human connection, enabling millions of users to create and interact with highly personalized AI companions. We're looking for a Tech Lead to own the architecture, training, and deployment of the models that power our core product.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience with a significant portion dedicated to shipping ML/LLM features to millions of active users
- Deep technical knowledge of Python/PyTorch and the modern LLM stack
- Experience with NSFW content and moderation systems
- Understanding of LLM alignment and prompt conditioning
